Core Group Program BNI maintains a “core” group of technicians who are committed to a single utility and trained in all facets of the site policies and procedures within that utility. This Core Group Program is designed to benefit both our employees and utility customers. Core group technicians are guaranteed at least 10 months of work per year with eligibility for benefits. They are obligated to travel with minimal notice, allowing our customers to maximize the use of available personnel who are readily available for critical outage periods or unscheduled work. Our customers who implement the core group program experience cost savings in the areas of payroll, in-processing, training and labor hours. |
